Eligibility
- Items must be purchased directly from our website (www.woofyplus.com) to qualify.
 - Only unused or unworn items may be returned for a refund or exchanged.
 - Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
 
General Guidelines
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Limited-edition collections.
 - Items discounted 40% or more (final sale).
 - Orders over $400 (final sale).
 - Personalized items.

Return & Exchange Process
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us at woofyplus@gmail.com.
 - Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
 - All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
 - Unless the error is due to a processing mistake on our part, we cannot refund original shipping costs.
 
Damaged Items by Pets
- We understand that pets can sometimes get overexcited with our products. However, damage caused by pet activity (such as chewing) is not considered normal wear and tear or a manufacturing defect.
