- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they are ready for shipment.
 
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Your order will typically arrive within 5-6 business days.
 - Expedited Shipping: Expect delivery within 2-4 business days.
 - International Shipping: We do not ship to regions outside the United States.
 
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at woofyplus@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if your order has already shipped.
 - To change or cancel an order, including pre-orders (changes or cancellations for pre-orders can only be made during the pre-order period), please email us as soon as possible at woofyplus@gmail.com. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
 
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
